Characters page on the Shantaram-Forum

I'm working on a page for the Characters in Shantaram - could use some help choosing the first few on there.

Prabaker
Karla


So.. who else do you think I should create a little description for?
I want to build this up over time, so i'm looking to introduce just a few key characters from early on in the book, who have parts to play later on also.

Cool. If you want any help writing the intros for the characters let me know!

I would have to say inculde all the big names from the book, like Khader, AlQuasim (sorry think I spelt that wrong) Madam Zhou.

Definitely should do a section on the leopolds crew!

Good ideas Dipali, I will definately consider inculding those too.

At the moment, I feel I'm going to have to re-read Shantaram again! Just so I can remember everything the characters do!

Of course, the offer is open for anyone to write a description of a character and I will inculde it on the main site (with minor alterations as necessary

If it doesn't work, basically just go to the introduction page and then to "Characters/People." Would be cool if some more characters could be added too (just a thought Andy! )

Great to have you on the site Loramei. I'm finding it to be an interesting forum, having discussions and seeing other people's opinions about the great (and not so great) parts of Shantaram, and the upcoming movie. If you want, you could introduce yourself and share your thoughts on Shantaram in the new members section

I hope you find that link that Sarah gave you interesting. And don't worry all, I'm definitly planning an update to that page in the next update 

Eventually, I see that page evolving into an index of Characters, and adding info about the movie too eventually, although that will only be a minor consideration.   

And as always, feel free to give me a nugde for what you'd like to see on the site, i'm always up for hearing your thoughts
