Hello and thank you for visiting my website. I'm Andy, the sitemaster (if that's what you call a webmaster these days) I put this site together as a project, because I simply enjoyed Shantaram too much not to. The site is in early stages, and if you've got to this page, then I figure you're fairly into this book also. Please bear with the minor problems with the site at present, I am currently working very hard (during my spare time) to iron out all the bugs and undeveloped pages. I hope this will be a great resource on Shantaram-related information. It will take some time, some sweat and some (hopefully not) blood.

Some little tid-bits about me

I am working on several sites at the present, most of which have nothing to do with Shantaram, but this is my one true love. I've tried to learn the principles of good design so that this site is presented to you in a pleasing and accessible manner. I do not forget that websites should be accessible to people of all varieties, with various skills and abilities. I will continue to work on this site in comming months, and we will soon migrate to our own domain: www.shantaram-forum.com

Searching the web can become a bore. So enter the purpose of this website: to provide a place for all things Shantaram, and things related to Shantaram, to be collected together in one place for fans and interested visitors.

Shantaram Quotes:

"It took me a long time and most of the world to learn what I know about love and fate and the choices we make, but the heart of it came to be in an instant, while I was chained to a wall and being tortured"

"Astounding and puzzling images from the city tumbled and turned in my mind like leaves on a wave of wind, and my blood so thrilled with hope and possibility that I couldn't suppress a smile, lying there in the dark...In that moment, in those shadows, I was almost safe"

"The past reflects eternally between two mirrors -the bright mirror of words and deeds, and the dark one, full of things we didn't do or say"
